Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer

At Southern Illinois Construction, we stand behind the quality of our work and the satisfaction of our clients. We aim to deliver every project with professionalism, transparency, and integrity.

 

Deposits & Payments:

 

  • All project deposits are non-refundable once materials are ordered or work has begun.

  • If a project is canceled prior to the purchase of materials or mobilization, a partial refund may be issued, less administrative or planning costs already incurred.

 

 

Service Refunds:

 

  • If you are unsatisfied with the work performed, please notify us within 7 days of project completion.

  • We will assess the concern and, if it falls within the scope of work agreed upon in the contract, we will offer:

    • A corrective service at no additional cost, or

    • A partial refund, depending on the issue and service impact.

  •  

 

 

No Refunds Will Be Issued For:

 

  • Services that have been fully completed and approved by the client.

  • Delays or issues caused by circumstances outside of our control (e.g., weather, site access, change orders).

 

 

Warranty & Follow-Up:

 

  • Many of our services are covered under a limited workmanship warranty, which ensures we’ll fix any issues related to our labor within the warranty period. Please refer to your project agreement for specifics
